利用規約

SoundNest アプリをご利用いただく前に、本利用規約をよくお読みください。本アプリは Chokowa Studio が提供します。

1. 規約への同意

本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。

2. 利用ライセンス

当方は、ユーザーに対し、本アプリを個人的かつ非商用の目的で利用するための、限定的・非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能なライセンスを付与します。ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 本アプリまたはそのソースコードを複製、改変、配布すること
  • 本アプリをリバースエンジニアリングし、またはソースコードの抽出を試みること
  • 本アプリを違法な目的で利用すること

3. アプリ内課金

本アプリでは、任意の買い切り型アプリ内課金「SoundNest Premium」を提供しています。SoundNest Premium には、無制限再生、全環境音の解放、独自音源のインポート機能などが含まれます。

  • 購入処理は Google Play によって行われ、Google Play 利用規約 が適用されます。
  • 購入は確定後、原則として返金できません。返金は Google Play の返金ポリシーに従います。
  • 当方は、SoundNest Premium に含まれる機能の内容を将来変更する場合があります。

4. ユーザーコンテンツ

本アプリでは、端末内の音声ファイルをインポートできます。インポートした音声ファイルを利用する権利を有していることについては、ユーザー自身が責任を負うものとします。当方は、ユーザーがインポートしたファイルの所有権を主張せず、それらのファイルは端末内にのみ保存されます。

5. 保証の否認

本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。当方は、本アプリが中断なく動作すること、エラーがないこと、または不具合が修正されることを保証しません。

6. 責任の制限

法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、Chokowa Studio は、本アプリの利用に起因または関連して発生した間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。

7. 規約の変更

当方は、本規約を随時更新する場合があります。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the SoundNest application provided by Chokowa Studio.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its source code
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

3. In-App Purchases

SoundNest offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features including unlimited playback, all ambient sounds, and the ability to import custom audio files.

  • Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
  • All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to modify the features included in the premium offering at any time.

4. User Content

The App allows you to import audio files from your device. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any audio files you import. We do not claim ownership of any files you import, and they are stored solely on your device.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chokowa Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
