本プライバシーポリシーは、Chokowa Studio が SoundNest アプリに関連して情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。
1. 収集する情報
SoundNest は、主に端末内で動作するよう設計されています。当方は、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報など、ユーザーを直接識別する情報を収集、保存、または送信しません。ただし、アプリ内課金の確認のため、Google PlayおよびRevenueCatが購入トークン、匿名のApp User ID、購入状態などを処理する場合があります。具体的には以下のとおりです。
- 音の設定、プリセット、カスタムシーンは端末内に保存されます。
- ユーザーがインポートした音声ファイルは端末内に保存され、サーバーへアップロードされません。
- 当方は、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、その他の個人情報を収集しません。
2. アプリ内課金
SoundNest では、Google Play によって処理される買い切り型アプリ内課金 SoundNest Premium を提供しています。支払い情報は Google によって取り扱われ、当方が決済情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。購入状態の確認には RevenueCat を利用しており、RevenueCat は権利確認のために購入トークンを処理する場合があります。詳しくは RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシー および Google のプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。

SoundNest は、以下の端末権限を要求する場合があります。
- フォアグラウンドサービス: 画面を閉じた状態でも音声再生を継続するために使用します。
- Wake Lock: 連続再生中に CPU がスリープしないようにするために使用します。
- 音声設定の変更: 音声再生をアプリの機能どおりに制御するために使用します。
- インターネット接続: アプリ内課金の確認、外部サービスとの通信、フォントの読み込みなどに使用します。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。当方は、13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は、本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。変更がある場合は、本ページ上部の最終更新日を更新します。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、ユーザーは新しいポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

This Privacy Policy describes how Chokowa Studio handles information in connection with the SoundNest mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
SoundNest is designed to function primarily on-device. We do not collect, store, or transmit information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or location. However, Google Play and RevenueCat may process purchase tokens, an anonymous App User ID, and purchase status to verify in-app purchases. Specifically:
- All sound settings, presets, and custom scenes are stored locally on your device.
- All audio files you import are stored locally and are not uploaded to any server.
- We do not collect your name, email, location, or any other personal data.
2. In-App Purchases
SoundNest offers a one-time in-app purchase, SoundNest Premium, processed by Google Play. All payment information is handled exclusively by Google. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase status is verified through RevenueCat, which may process a purchase token to confirm entitlement. Please refer to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party SDK:
- RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchase status. It may collect anonymous device identifiers to verify purchases. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
4. Permissions
SoundNest may request the following device permissions:
- Foreground Service: To keep audio playback active when the screen is off.
- Wake Lock: To prevent the CPU from sleeping during continuous audio playback.
- Audio settings: To control audio playback as required by the App.
- Internet access: For purchase verification, communication with third-party services, and font loading.
5. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
